Did the 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise on Jan 3, 2026 as a solo cruiser. I stayed in a front facing deluxe penthouse suite. Had an outstanding time - very relaxing. I thought the food was good to excellent in both the complimentary and specialty restaurants except for the steaks I had at Cagneys and LeBistro which were far too tough for filet minion. The servers graciously offered to bring another one or substitute another entree but I declined. I made good use of the extra cost thermal suite which, if used at the right time of day is nearly empty. Found the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The exercise room was well stocked with equipment and not usually crowded. Deck 7 provides a full walking or jogging circuit around the ship - 3 times for a nautical mile. All of the front facing service staff were friendly and helpful. The cabin and my personal preference were nicely seen to by the room steward and butler. I bought the drink package and found the complimentary wines (the cabernets) where quite good. I found no need to go upscale for pricier wines. Altogether, I would strongly recommend this ship for group, couples and solos. I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience
